Directions
1) Apply make-up on silicone end of stamp using your finger-tips or a brush.
2) Push stamp onto your eye-lid and slightly jiggle for better results. Apply stamp again if needed.
3) Results
4) Use a small sponge to remove excess makeup.
5) If you want to apply a layer of glitter, repeat steps.
